What they need
Role & responsibilities
Generate new business through Micro LAP loan sourcing from the assigned market.
Identify and develop potential customers through direct sourcing
Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Conduct customer visits and coordinate for KYC, income and property-related documents.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Technical and RCU teams for smooth processing.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure timely closure of pending documents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, connectors and channel partners.
Achieve assigned monthly business and disbursement targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms and compliance requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates from NBFCs/HFCs rather than pure unsecured personal-loan sales.
Candidates currently working as LAP RM / Sales Officer / Relationship Manager LAP / Mortgage RM / Business Loan RM
