What they need
Role & responsibilities:
- On-board and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) partners through telecalling.
- Educate POSPs about life insurance products, processes, and sales guidelines.
- Drive business through POSP partners by regular follow-ups and support.
- Resolve partner queries related to products, issuance, login, and documentation.
- Achieve monthly B2B POSP activation and sales targets.
- Maintain daily MIS, call logs, and partner performance tracking.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Life Insurance sales, (Life Insurance preferred).
- Quick learner with the ability to explain complex insurance products and processes clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Educational Qualification: Graduate
