Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The individual in this role will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by providing insurance and investment solutions aligned with their financial needs and life goals. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, conducting need-based financial discussions, presenting suitable Bajaj Life products, and ensuring timely policy issuance and renewal. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with branch teams, insurance consultants, and partner bank staff to drive sales, achieve assigned targets, and deliver high service standards. The role also involves handling customer queries, supporting claim-related assistance, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance norms.

• Relevant experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is highly beneficial.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; a degree in finance, business, or commerce is an advantage.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and mobile/online platforms for customer engagement.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment while upholding ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
