Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing participant relationships and driving engagement across all service touchpoints. As the primary contact within the company, the Relationship Manager ensures that participant issues and requests are addressed promptly and effectively, either directly or through coordination with relevant BancNet units. This role oversees participant onboarding and the implementation of services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Relationship Managers are expected to collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to uphold service quality, responsiveness, and participant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage participant relationships and drive engagement across all service touchpoints
• Address participant issues and requests promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with relevant units to resolve participant concerns
• Oversee participant onboarding and implementation of services
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to uphold service quality and responsiveness
• Administrative support and documentation management
• Compliance tracking and reporting
• Event and logistics coordination
• Data consolidation and report preparation
• Process and workflow improvement

About you

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in relationship management, business operations, or compliance, with exposure to project coordination and process documentation
• Experience in leading administrative or operational support functions is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of business processes
• Willingness to learn payments, financial services, and compliance practices
• Payment and switching knowledge
