Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Relationship Manager to drive retail credit card sales for SBI in Goa. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating leads, explaining credit card products, completing documentation, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for SBI Retail Credit Cards.
• Conduct field sales and meet potential customers at corporate offices, retail outlets, residential areas, events, and other customer touchpoints.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, fees, offers, and application process to prospective customers.
• Complete the customer onboarding and application process as per company guidelines.
• Follow up with customers from lead generation through application submission and approval.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly credit card acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates.
• Ensure proper KYC and documentation as per regulatory and company requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer queries.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in credit card, banking, fintech, insurance, financial product, or field sales preferred.
• Candidates with experience in SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak, IndusInd, IDFC FIRST Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, or similar organizations will be preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of local Goa market will be an advantage.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer acquisition.
• Target-driven and willing to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
