Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager to build relationships with Corporate HR teams and generate job opportunities for our students, especially in the Banking & Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with Corporate HR, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment teams.
• Identify and source job openings in Banks, NBFCs, Insurance and Financial Services.
• Build corporate relationships and develop placement partnerships.
• Share suitable student profiles with companies.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up until selection/joining.
• Search job portals, company career pages and professional networks for opportunities.
• Maintain corporate contacts, job requirements and follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly targets for HR contacts, job openings, meetings and placements.

Requirements

• 0–3 years experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Recruitment, Sales or Client Relationship Management.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Strong communication, networking and follow-up skills.
• Interest in the Banking/Financial Services sector preferred.
• Target-oriented and willing to travel for corporate meetings.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
