Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through leads, references, and market visits.
• Generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure good customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

• 0--3 years of experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales-driven environment.
• Candidates should be based in Hyderabad.
• Applicant should not be an Engineering graduate, Pursuing Postgraduate, CA or MBA.
• Candidates should be less than 25 years.
• No break/gap in education.
• Applicant should not have any relative in ICICI Bank.
