A LAP Relationship Manager (Loan Against Property) is responsible for sourcing and managing customers who want loans against residential or commercial property.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for LAP loans
- Meet customers and understand their financial requirements
- Collect and verify KYC, income, and property documents
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and valuation teams
- Follow up until loan sanction and disbursement
- Maintain customer relationships
- Achieve monthly business/loan targets
Typical Eligibility
- Experience: 23+ years in LAP, Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, or Personal Loan sales
- Qualification: 12th / Degree
- Languages: Kannada mandatory; basic English
- Skills: Sales, customer handling, lead generation, follow-up, negotiation
