Relationship Manager

Position Summary

As a Credit Card Relationship Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of high-net-worth (HNW) individual and corporate clients—spanning account onboarding, card issuance, credit limit reviews, daily transaction inquiries, promotional campaigns, and dispute resolution. You will act as the key liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to elevate user experience and drive long-term client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Proactively acquire and nurture relationships with premium clients to achieve monthly targets for active cardholders and transaction volumes.
• Operations & Lifecycle Management: Manage day-to-day cardholder operations, including application processing, credit limit adjustments, transaction disputes, and card replacements.
• Risk & Regulatory Compliance: Partner with the Compliance team to ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML protocols and local credit card regulations.
• Product Enhancement & Market Feedback: Consolidate client insights and market trends to support the product team in refining card features and marketing strategies.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in credit card operations, retail banking, or wealth management client servicing.
• In-depth understanding of core credit card operational processes (e.g., authorization, clearing & settlement, chargebacks, and statement generation).
• Foundational knowledge of cryptocurrencies and digital assets (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Stablecoins).
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with proven resilience in handling high-stakes client escalations.
• Full professional proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
