We are looking for a confident, people-oriented Relationship Manager who enjoys meeting new people, building trust and achieving results. This is a consultative sales role where you will work closely with clients to understand what they are looking for and recommend a matchmaking journey that is right for them.

What You'll Do

Build & Grow Your Client Portfolio

• Engage qualified leads through referrals, events and our existing client database
• Understand prospective clients' relationship goals, preferences and expectations
• Develop effective sales strategies to maximise conversion and grow your client portfolio

Become a Trusted Relationship Consultant

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients
• Build trust and understand each client's unique relationship needs
• Recommend personalised matchmaking packages and consultancy services
• Deliver a premium and highly personalised client experience

Manage Relationships & Drive Client Success

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Ensure clients receive a seamless and positive matchmaking experience
• Work closely with our Operations team to coordinate matching, dates and follow-up support
• Encourage client satisfaction, retention and referrals

Own Your Results

• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up proactively with prospects
• Maintain accurate sales records and track key performance metrics

Who We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you are:

• Driven by sales and motivated by results
• Naturally confident and comfortable meeting new people
• A strong communicator who knows how to build trust quickly
• Resilient, self-motivated and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Passionate about people, relationships and helping others
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus

Experience in consultative sales, recruitment, luxury retail, hospitality, financial services, relationship management or other client-facing roles is highly valued.

你的主要工作

開拓及發展客戶

• 跟進公司提供的優質客戶名單、推薦及活動客戶
• 了解潛在客戶的感情目標、擇偶條件及期望
• 制定個人銷售策略，提升客戶轉換率及持續拓展客戶組合

成為客戶信賴的婚戀顧問

• 與潛在客戶進行一對一深入諮詢
• 了解客戶的背景、個性及婚戀需求，建立信任
• 根據客戶需要推薦合適的婚戀配對及顧問服務
• 為客戶提供高質素、專業及個人化的服務體驗

維繫客戶關係

• 建立長期客戶關係，提高客戶滿意度及續約率
• 與營運團隊緊密合作，確保配對、約會及後續服務順利進行
• 透過優質服務建立客戶口碑及轉介

以成果為導向

• 達成每月及每季銷售目標
• 主動跟進潛在客戶及管理個人銷售管道
• 準確記錄客戶資料、銷售進度及業績數據
