Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for genuinely friendly and highly relational individuals to join our team as Relationship Manager for our Quezon City Branch. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of Master Garage QC, building strong connections with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and making every interaction a positive and memorable one. Your ability to connect with people and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and engage in congenial and relational conversations.
• Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, providing attentive and empathetic support.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Introduce customers to our range of automotive services in a friendly and informative manner.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming customer area.
• Attend to customer needs and concerns inside our customer lounge.
• Handle customer feedback with a positive and constructive attitude.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to connect with people and build rapport easily.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuinely friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Fluent in terms related to automotive needs and services
• A natural interest in understanding and meeting the needs of others.
• Demonstrated ability to make a lasting positive impression.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
• Experience in the automotive services industry is a plus, but not required.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional people skills are encouraged to apply.
