Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Managers to drive sales and build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions. The role involves identifying prospective customers, sourcing loan business, managing the complete sales cycle, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire schools/educational institutions for loan products.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct customer/KYC verification and prepare loan documentation.
• Understand basic credit profiles and support loan processing.
• Manage post-approval documentation and collections.
• Generate leads through direct sourcing and local market activities.
• Provide market intelligence and maintain regular MIS.
• Travel regularly to assigned locations for business development.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in NBFC, Banking, MFI, Mortgages, SME Loans, Insurance, Education or related industries.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Passion for sales and customer acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones and MIS.
• Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
