Roles and Responsibilities:-
The role is responsible for achieving monthly business targets for MSME Loan against Business Loan disbursements by driving day-to-day sales activities. The Sales Manager will focus on revenue generation through processing fee collection and insurance cross-sell, manage yield and fee targets through optimal product mix, and execute promotional initiatives. The role also involves developing strong relationships with DSAs and customers to generate and convert referral business, while staying updated on product offerings and competitor activity to maximize market opportunities.
