About the Role

Home Sutra Living is looking for a confident and result-oriented Relationship Manager to handle client interactions and drive lead conversions. Qualified leads will be provided by the company, and the primary responsibility will be to connect with these leads, understand their requirements, follow up consistently, and convert them into confirmed clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on company-provided leads.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project expectations.
• Convert qualified leads into clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Conduct client calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Explain Home Sutra Living’s interior design services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Address client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead records and conversion status.
• Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales goals.
• Confident and presentable with a client-first approach.
• Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related industries is a plus.
