About the Role

Dentix – The Dental Lounge is looking for a confident and proactive Relationship Manager to build relationships and create new opportunities for the brand.

This is a people-facing, field-oriented role involving customer interaction, community outreach, and professional networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and build strong relationships.
• Visit communities, corporates, and institutions to pitch and coordinate dental awareness/screening campaigns.
• Meet doctors and healthcare professionals to build referral relationships.
• Generate leads through networking, field visits, campaigns, and referrals.
• Follow up with customers, doctors, and prospective partners.
• Represent Dentix professionally and contribute to business growth.
• Take ownership of assigned activities, targets, and follow-ups.
