Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.
• Support client engagement, including preparing for client meetings and assisting with regular client follow-ups.
• Assist in identifying potential new clients and business opportunities within targeted sectors.
• Support the marketing and cross-selling of the Bank’s corporate banking products and services.
• Assist in preparing pitch materials, client presentations and market research.
• Support credit analysis, financial assessment and preparation of financing proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of credit papers and relevant documentation for approval.
• Work closely with internal departments to support the execution of corporate banking transactions.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely and quality service to existing and prospective corporate clients.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience.
• Interest in Corporate Banking, relationship management and business development.
• Understanding of credit analysis and financial statements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in structured trade finance, syndication and project financing will be an added advantage.
• Able to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
