Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities - Acquire new clients through self-sourcing, references, and field activities.

• Handle account opening, eKYC, KYC/KRA validation, and account activation.

• Manage existing client relationships and assist with trading, investment, and account-related queries.

• Generate brokerage revenue through Equity, F&O, Commodity, and Currency segments.

• Cross-sell Mutual Funds, IPOs, Insurance, and other financial products.

• Achieve monthly targets related to client acquisition, account activation, funding, and revenue.

• Coordinate with Dealing, Risk, Back Office, and Compliance teams for smooth client servicing.

• Maintain accurate lead mapping in CRM and ensure proper follow-up and client retention.

Preferred candidate profile - Graduate / MBA with 1-5 years of experience in Stock Broking / Banking / Financial Services.

• Must have NISM / NCFM certification (preferred).

• Good understanding of Stock Market, Trading Terminals, and Demat operations.

• Excellent communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
