Relationship Manager

Our office is a state of the art, team oriented General/Cosmetic one doctor practice. We are located in the Cumberland/Galleria area of Atlanta and work 4 days/week on a rotating schedule. We are looking for an enthusiastic, task oriented, organized and well spoken individual with a high ability to work well with people and cheerfully handle the public to round out our team. A positive attitude and fantastic work ethic are a must. Experience and verbal skills from a fee for service mindset to keep the book full, schedule new patients and answer questions about insurance and care are paramount for this position. You will also be handling all insurance filing for patients and be handling marketing for the practice. We also believe in cross training, so if you have dental assisting skills that would be a plus but can also be trained. Rather than "front desk" this position title will be called "Relationship Manager" because that will be job one!
