Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage agency channel sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Recruit new agents into the agency network, ensuring they meet company requirements and have a clear understanding of products offered by the organization.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions related to agency development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., underwriters) to resolve issues affecting agent performance or compliance with regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in insurance broking or agency management.
• B.Tech degree in Computers; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in developing and managing high-performing teams within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, LIS, HI policies.
