Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Retail Banking team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in CASA acquisition, customer relationship management, and field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers through field sales, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Cross-sell banking products such as loans, insurance, and investment solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CASA acquisition, retail banking sales, or relationship management.
• Strong communication, networking, and customer relationship skills.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of retail banking products.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
• Strong knowledge of the Chennai local market is preferred.
• Immediate joiners and candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
