Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

1. **New Channel Development:**

• Identify and explore opportunities for new channel tie-ups.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners to expand the organization's reach.

3. **Training and Development:**

• Conduct training sessions for counsellors and channel staff to educate them on product developments and updates.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that channels are well-equipped to promote and sell our products effectively.

4. **Marketing and Promotion:**

• Create compelling presentations to showcase products and services to educational institutes and other potential partners.
• Organize events and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and attract new business through channels.

5. **Lead Generation:**

• Conduct regular visits to channels to monitor activities and ensure the generation of sufficient leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.
