A Relationship Manager (RM) at Maruti Suzuki NEXA is a front-line sales and customer experience role responsible for guiding buyers through a premium, end-to-end car purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: Handle showroom walk-ins, generate leads via phone, WhatsApp, and referrals, and conduct vehicle test drives.
• Sales: Explain vehicle features, variants, specifications, pricing, finance options, insurance, and exchange offers.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly individual sales and booking targets.
• Post-Sales: Coordinate vehicle delivery, accessory fittings, and maintain long-term relationships for future service or loyalty needs.
• CRM Management: Log and update customer interactions accurately in the dealership system

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in any discipline or a diploma.
• Experience: 0 to 5 years of retail or auto sales experience is preferred, though strong freshers are also accepted.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Licenses: A valid driving license (two-wheeler and/or four-wheeler) is typically required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
