What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive MSME / Business Loan / SME business across the assigned area.
- Generate quality leads through direct sourcing, DSA, connectors and market references.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MSME/business customers.
- Assess customer business profile, financials, banking transactions and repayment capacity.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk and Collections teams for smooth processing.
- Achieve assigned monthly disbursement, AUM and revenue targets.
- Ensure portfolio quality and minimize delinquency through regular customer engagement.
- For Area Manager: lead, guide and monitor Relationship Managers/Sales Officers and drive area-level productivity.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
