About the Role

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll own the full client journey from first inquiry to post-placement support. This is a hands-on role that combines consultative sales, operational coordination, paperwork, and visa processing. You’ll guide employers through the hiring process, manage expectations, and deliver excellent service that builds trust.

You’ll also work with and oversee a remote assistant who helps with documentation and scheduling tasks. However, you remain accountable for the overall client experience and process quality.

You’ll be part of a diverse team based across Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

What You’ll DoClient Relationship Management

• Guide employers through the hiring process. Manage expectations, create clear timelines, and handle everything from consultation to deployment.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the process.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve issues or disputes when they arise.

Sales and Conversion

• Convert inbound leads through consultations and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets. Typical target: 8–10 placements/month (varies by season and lead volume).
• Track client status in our CRM and ensure all steps are followed through.

Deployment and Project Management

• Coordinate all paperwork and documentation for each case.
• Work with our partners and processing assistants to manage visa and contract processes end to end.
• Liaise with institutions in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Indonesia to ensure timely processing.

Service Quality and Teamwork

• Deliver consistently excellent service.
• Offer feedback and suggestions to improve workflows and client experience.
• Collaborate with your teammates in Hong Kong and the Philippines to handle complex cases and troubleshoot problems.

What We’re Looking For

• Language skills: Fluent in Cantonese with basic English proficiency, (Mandarin is a plus). This is non-negotiable.
• Availability: Willing to work two Sundays a month. Our team operates five days a week, and Sundays are our busiest days.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Mindset: Sales-driven, service-oriented, and proactive.
• Technical: Comfortable using CRM tools and managing communication through email and phone.
• Work style: We’re not looking for overseers. We want hands-on, action-oriented people who take ownership and get things done.
