Job Description: Relationship Manager – Exclusive Off-Plan Project

Location: Dubai (office-based, commuting to JVC)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary + commission

About the Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to lead agency relations for our exclusive off-plan project. You will be the main point of contact between the project and Dubai's real estate agencies, driving sales through strong partnerships, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerages, agents, and channel partners
• Act as the primary contact for agencies on project inventory, pricing, payment plans, and updates
• Present the project through briefings, site visits, and agency roadshows
• Generate, follow up on, and convert qualified leads into sales
• Guide agents and buyers through the booking process, from reservation to SPA and documentation
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and agency performance, and report to management
• Coordinate with marketing and admin teams on campaigns, materials, and events
• Monitor market trends and competitor projects to sharpen positioning
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Dubai real estate experience, with a proven track record managing off-plan projects and agency relationships
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including off-plan processes, payment plans, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to commute to JVC
• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
• RERA/DLD broker registration is an advantage
