The Relationship Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing a deep understanding of their organizations, priorities, and servicing requirements while coordinating resources across Investments, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams. The primary focus of this position is relationship ownership, client retention, strategic servicing, and execution. This individual will provide continuity across important client relationships while partnering with business development professionals on broader account strategy and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary relationship manager for assigned insurance and sub-advisory clients.
- Develop trusted relationships across multiple levels of sophisticated institutional client organizations.
- Lead ongoing client engagement and day-to-day relationship management activities.
- Coordinate quarterly reviews, governance activities, reporting requirements, and other client deliverables.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client priorities, key stakeholders, activities, and upcoming initiatives.

- Monitor service expectations and coordinate the timely resolution of client issues.
- Partner across Investments, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other internal functions to ensure client commitments are met.
- Translate client needs into actionable internal plans and drive accountability across stakeholder groups.
- Support retention efforts through proactive relationship management and client advocacy.
- Contribute to strategic account planning and the identification of evolving client needs.
- Manage multiple complex relationships, projects, deadlines, and servicing requirements simultaneously.
- Support the development of junior team members and continued improvement of relationship-management processes.
What We’re Looking For

- Experience managing sophisticated institutional and/or sub-advisory client relationships.
- Experience working with insurance organizations and related investment relationships is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of institutional client servicing, including governance processes, reporting requirements, reviews, and ongoing deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to independently navigate and manage complex client relationships.
- Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Strong client instincts with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across investment, product, legal, compliance, operations, and other internal teams.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished client presence.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- CFA, CAIA, or another relevant professional designation is preferred but not required.
