1. Role Overview

Stature Properties Private Limited is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Presales Relationship Manager to join our Presales team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, providing project information, coordinating site visits with the Sales Team, and maintaining consistent follow-ups until the customer is successfully handed over to the Sales Team for further closure.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to leads received through digital marketing, referrals, portals, and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and property expectations.
• Explain project details, configurations, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and other relevant information accurately.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements and purchase intent.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits with the Sales Team.
• Update site-visit details and customer feedback accurately in the CRM.
• Follow up with customers after site visits and share feedback with the respective Sales Manager.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, site visits, and lead status.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly presales and site-visit targets.
• Provide timely updates and reports to the Presales Team Lead / Management.
• Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on company projects, inventory, pricing, offers, and market developments.

3. Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Presales / Sales / Customer Relationship Management.
• Good understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable project information.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with Sales and Presales teams.
• Target-oriented and disciplined approach to work.

4. Performance Expectations

• Timely response to all assigned leads.
• Consistent and quality follow-ups.
• Lead qualification and effective customer engagement.
• Maximum conversion of qualified leads into site visits.
• Accurate CRM and daily reporting.
• Effective coordination between customers, Presales, and Sales teams.
• Achievement of assigned monthly targets.
