About the role

This role involves developing and maintaining member relationships, coordinating club events, and representing the organization externally. You will own new member acquisition, follow-up, and renewals while building a personal member portfolio and proactively engaging members. You will support planning and execution of club events, coordinate member invitations, and host on event nights to create a welcoming social atmosphere. Additionally, you will represent the organization at business meetings and partnership discussions, coordinate brand PR and marketing initiatives, and develop corporate clients and brand collaboration opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain member relationships; own new member acquisition, follow-up, and renewals
• Build a personal member portfolio; proactively engage, keep regular contact, and record preferences and spending habits
• Handle member enquiries, reservations, special requests, and complaints to a consistently high standard
• Drive referrals through existing member and shareholder networks
• Maintain member records: attendance, spend, and referral revenue-share tracking
• Support planning and execution of club events (themed nights, private parties, business gatherings, etc.)
• Coordinate member invitations and own event attendance targets
• Host on event nights: welcome members, make introductions, and set the social tone
• Represent the organization externally at business meetings, media engagements, and partnership discussions
• Develop corporate clients, private-hire bookings, and brand collaborations

About you

• 3+ years in luxury hospitality, private banking, brand, PR, or related industries (client-relationship experience in members-only clubs, five-star hotels, or premium F&B preferred)
• Existing personal network or client book is a strong advantage
• Fluent Cantonese; strong English; conversational Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-presented, tasteful, and professional demeanour
• Self-driven and target-oriented; comfortable with membership and attendance KPIs
• Willing to attend evening and weekend events regularly
• Passion for the private club industry and brand-building
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commitment to long-term brand development
