Relationship Manager

Job Requirements:

• Engage in effective communication and delivery according to Service Level Agreement to ensure client acquisitions, retention and satisfaction
• Record all interactions with clients on the workflow system
• Engage with clients in a client centric manner
• Maintain a broad product knowledge in order to effectively and accurately respond to customer enquiries in a competent and professional manner
• Meet operational targets

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Business Acumen.
• Able to communicate fluently in English.
• At least 3 - 5 years related financial services or legal experience.
• At least 5 years customer care related experience.
• PC Literate with strong focus on Excel, Necessary Skills & Attributes:
• Very strong analytical skills and attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration.
• Ability to analyse information and deal with complex queries
• Able to make decisions, initiate action and deliver results.
• Ability to work without supervision meet tight deadlines per time frames.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and at least one other official language.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• The ability to deal with difficult customers
• The willingness and capacity to simultaneously accept and adapt to change, as well as remain effective and task focused in a fast paced and constantly changing workplace environment.
• Making customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships
• Leadership Skills

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
