Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Bancassurance Channel Relationship Manager responsible for managing and developing relationships with bank branches and teams to drive insurance business through the bancassurance channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with bank branches, branch managers, and banking teams.
• Drive insurance sales through the assigned bancassurance channel.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and business targets.
• Generate leads through bank customers and ensure effective lead conversion.
• Conduct regular meetings and coordinate with bank teams to maximize business opportunities.
• Train and motivate bank staff on insurance products, processes, and sales techniques.
• Ensure proper follow-up on leads, proposals, and policy issuance.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and resolve customer/branch-level issues.
• Track sales performance, pipeline, and business MIS.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to increase business from existing bank branches.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• 26 years of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance Sales, Retail Banking, or Channel Sales.
• Prior experience handling bank branches and branch-level stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Good communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
