Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities by generating leads, conducting cold calls, and leveraging existing networks.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve targets, including cross-selling and upselling solutions to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service delivery, product demonstrations, and solution selling.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field (e.g., HRMS Consultancy).
• Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record of success in lead generation, revenue generation, target achievement, payroll management, sales forecasting, account management, client acquisition, enterprise sales, CRM management.
• Candidates must have independently handled corporate/enterprise accounts and CXO-level stakeholders and demonstrated a proven sales achievement of 20L+ monthly business and 1–2Cr+ annual business. Strong consultative/solution selling,
