Relationship Manager

We're hiring for Relationship Manager in Chennai location.

Experience: 1+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers and understand their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end customer services.
• Follow up with customers regularly and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with various services and requirements.
• Responsible for sales and achieving assigned targets.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Weekly Off: 2 Sundays off and 2 Sundays working in a month.
