About the role

Global International Credit Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team in the Central and Western District. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences within the mortgage and financial services sector. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support, guidance, and solutions mortgage loans.

What you'll be doing

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and in-person regarding mortgage & personal loan product
• Processing customer requests including account updates, payment arrangements, and documentation submissions
• Processing loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy

What we're looking for

• Proven customer service experience, preferably within banking services, or the mortgage industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple customer enquiries simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills and the initiative to find effective solutions for customers
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations
• Relevant qualifications in banking, or customer service are advantageous
