Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder relationships and technology requirements.
- Oversee demand intake, prioritization, and service governance.
- Lead roadmap discussions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, engineering, and support teams.
- Monitor vendor performance, KPIs, and service improvements.
