Description:
* Manage TLs and sales teams to achieve targets.
* Monitor daily sales, dispatches, and team performance.
* Coordinate with HR for recruitment and manpower requirements.
* Develop the market and generate new business.
* Prepare daily reports and ensure target achievement.
Qualification:
Any Degree Experience: Sales and team management experience

Experience Required
2 Years as RM or 3 Year as TL
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
