Job Title: Relationship Manager – Insurance

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Relationship Manager with experience in the insurance or financial services industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, understanding customer needs, providing suitable insurance solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service.

This role primarily focuses on relationship management, client servicing, and customer retention, with regular client meetings and field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, field visits, and regular follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Life, Health, and General Insurance products.
• Provide accurate information and professional assistance regarding insurance policies.
• Address client queries and coordinate to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Maintain client records and follow up on service requests and policy-related requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance, financial services, banking, or client relationship management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and explain insurance products clearly.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits in Mumbai.
• Professional attitude with good follow-up and coordination skills.
