• Experience in home loans and loan against property sales with skills in lead generation and channel partner management
• Generate leads, manage DSAs and brokers, drive home loan and LAP sales, achieve sales targets, and ensure loan processing compliance

Role & responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation: Generate quality leads through open-market field sales, cold-calling, and direct client meetings.
• Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, builders, brokers, and local market sources.
• Product Sales: Drive sales for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage Loans.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and portfolio targets.
• Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate with internal processing teams and customers to ensure smooth loan sanction, disbursement, and regulatory compliance
