ABOUT ACCRUE

Accrue Finvisor LLP is a boutique wealth management and distribution firm, registered with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor . We work with HNI and NRI families to build and look after their portfolios across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds and GIFT City (IFSC) funds.

THE ROLE

You will own a book of HNI/NRI relationships end to end: bringing in new families, deepening existing ones, and making sure every client feels well looked after.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Acquire new HNI/NRI clients through referrals, your own network, and Accrue's events and content
• Grow AUM and the SIP book across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, SIF, bonds and GIFT City/IFSC funds
• Run client meetings and portfolio reviews independently, with research support from the team
• Share product information matched to each client's goals and risk profile, within SEBI distributor norms
• Coordinate with operations on onboarding, KYC, transactions and service requests
• Keep clients updated proactively on markets, portfolio changes and regulatory developments
• Maintain clean CRM records and meet quarterly acquisition and AUM goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 48 years in wealth management, private banking or mutual fund distribution, working with HNI and UHNI clients
• Currently managing or servicing AUM of 50 Cr+
• Strong product knowledge: mutual funds (essential); PMS, AIFs and bonds (preferred)
• NISM Series V-A certification (mandatory); NISM Series XXI-A (preferred)
• Clear, confident communication in English and Hindi
• An existing Delhi NCR client base is a plus
