• Gold Appraisal & Valuation:

• Conduct accurate gold purity checks, weight/carat calculations, and stone deductions to prevent spurious or unacceptable ornaments.

• Ensure 100% adherence to internal risk and collateral valuation guidelines.

• Customer Acquisition & Business Growth:

• Drive new customer acquisition through local market outreach, brand promotion in designated catchments, and lead generation.

• Build and nurture strong rapport with existing borrowers to drive repeat business, renewals, and customer referrals.

• Loan Processing & Coordination:

• Verify customer KYC documents and complete digital/online registration processes.

• Coordinate smoothly with branch managers and underwriting stakeholders to ensure fast turnaround times (TAT) for loan approvals and disbursements.

• Customer Service & Retention:

• Address customer queries, explain loan terms transparently, and resolve service issues promptly.

• Maintain regular follow-ups on interest servicing, account closures, or renewal timelines.

• Compliance & Reporting:

• Comply strictly with RBI guidelines, internal KYC/AML norms, and audit requirements.

• Maintain daily/weekly Management Information System (MIS) reports on portfolio health and appraisals.
