What they need
- Loan Sourcing & Volume: Drive customer acquisitions and ensure monthly loan disbursement and finance penetration targets are met.
- Customer Verification & Documentation: Assist customers with loan applications, verify KYC details, and coordinate with backend/underwriting teams for quick approvals.
- Cross-Selling: Pitch and cross-sell value-added services (VAS) such as Extended Warranties (EW), insurance, EMI cards, or complementary lending products (like Gold Loans or Personal Loans).
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
