Position: Relationship Manager – Sales (Insurance) Locations: Mumbai | Pune | Bengaluru | Hyderabad | Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our growing Insurance Sales team. Freshers are welcome to apply along with experienced candidates. This role involves a combination of office and field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, references, and field visits.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products.
• Coordinate policy issuance and servicing.
• Maintain sales reports and customer records.

Insurance Products You'll Handle

• Health Insurance
• Motor Insurance (2W, 4W & Commercial Vehicle)
• Other General Insurance Products

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in Insurance/BFSI/Sales preferred.
• Good communication skills and passion for sales.

Job Details

• Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Ahmedabad
• Job Type: Office + Field Role
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary & Benefits

• 20,000 – 25,000 per month
