Job Description

ATS Shares Broker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The role involves managing client relationships, supporting account onboarding, providing client assistance, and coordinating stock market-related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assist clients with Demat and Trading account opening and activation.
• Understand client requirements and provide information about company services.
• Coordinate with clients regarding account documentation and margin-related processes.
• Address client queries and ensure timely support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Maintain client records and regular follow-ups.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in stock markets and financial services.
• Strong relationship management and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
