Relationship Manager- Construction Material

Job Description:-

• Generate new leads through calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and material buyers.
• Onboard builders, suppliers for our app to simplify construction logistics.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track market trends, competitors, and submit regular sales reports.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
• Experience in construction, real estate, or material handling preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Candidates with 99acres or Magic Bricks platform experience will have an added advantage.

Salary+T.A+ incentives on sales target
