Relationship Manager Direct

Job Descriptions:

• Acquire and onboard individual investors, including High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and retail clients, to achieve mutual fund sales and AUM growth targets.
• Assess clients’ financial goals and risk profiles to recommend suitable mutual fund products and personalized asset allocation strategies.
• Monitor client portfolios and recommend rebalancing strategies based on market conditions and investment objectives.
• Manage client relationships, onboarding documentation, and mutual fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and switching.
• Provide market updates, investment insights, and financial education to strengthen client engagement and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Corporate Banking, Asset Management, or a related field.
• Hold an active WAPERD (Wakil Agen Penjual Efek Reksa Dana) or WMI (Wakil Manajer Investasi) license.
• Strong understanding of mutual fund products, investment strategies, client risk profiling, KYC/AML compliance, and mutual fund transactions.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to acquire and retain clients and achieve sales targets.
