Relationship Manager Emerging Corporate

:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager for Emerging Corporate clients. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by managing and expanding relationships with emerging corporate businesses. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products, market trends, and client needs within the financial services sector. They will be responsible for delivering tailored banking solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the bank's strategic objectives by fostering long-term partnerships with emerging corporate clients.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with emerging corporate clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized banking solutions.
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients within the emerging business segment to expand the banks portfolio.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessment to recommend appropriate credit and banking products.
• Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and product specialists to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
• Monitor client accounts regularly to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of bank products and services.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and maintain competitive advantage.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and reports to senior management and clients, highlighting business opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies while managing client relationships.
• Drive achievement of sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the banks emerging corporate segment.
• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
