RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – FINANCIAL SERVICES

ArthaVaidya Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team and looking for enthusiastic and client-focused professionals to join us as Relationship Managers.

This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in Financial Services, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management and Financial Planning.

Role: Relationship Manager

Location: Kothrud, Pune

Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Experience: Freshers / 1–4 years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.

Understand client financial goals and requirements.

Assist clients with Mutual Funds, investment products and financial planning solutions.

Generate new business through referrals, networking and client meetings.

Follow up with prospective and existing clients.

Support senior team members in client acquisition and relationship management.

Conduct client meetings and assist in presentations.

Maintain regular communication and provide excellent client service.

Achieve individual business and activity targets.

Develop long-term relationships based on trust, transparency and professional service.

Who We’re Looking For

For Freshers:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Finance will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Interest in Financial Services and Investments.

Energetic, ambitious and client-oriented.

For Experienced Candidates:

1–4 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Financial Services, Banking or related industries preferred.

Existing client relationships/network will be an advantage.

Experience in client acquisition and relationship management preferred.
