Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities through cross-selling life insurance products to bank customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to policy servicing.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling life insurance policies through various channels (bancassurance, agency channel, etc.).
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in bancassurance sales or similar role.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; B.Tech (Computers) preferred.
