Relationship Manager - Gurugram

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Wealth Management team as Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate may be a fresher but should possess sound knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF products. This role requires strong communication skills, a client-first attitude, and a passion for investment management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships while understanding their financial goals and challenges.
• Recommend suitable investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF) based on client needs.
• Assist in portfolio reviews, investment analysis, and reporting.
• Present value propositions and explain financial concepts to clients in simple terms.
• Work with internal teams to deliver the best client experience.
• Support in business development, client acquisition, and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Fresher or up to 1 or 2 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds(mandatory).
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
• NISM certification (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about finance, investments, and wealth management.
• A good team player with eagerness to learn and grow.
