Generate leads via direct sales, referrals & partners.
Assess needs & suggest suitable loans.
Manage sourcing to disbursement.
Build relationships & achieve sales/disbursement targets.
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 6 months experience in HL/LAP/MLAP/MSME/business loan sales
Strong communication & sales skills
Target-oriented with good negotiation ability
Age limit: 22 to 30years
