We're Hiring | Relationship Manager – HL/LAP
Company: Varthana Finance
Locations: Mehsana (Gujrat)
Position: Relationship Manager– HL/LAP (Micro/Mass LAP)
Salary: Upto 3.5- 4.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Drive HL/LAP business through Direct Sales, DSAs, Channel Partners & Connectors
Achieve sourcing and disbursement targets
Build and manage DSA & referral partner network
Acquire new customers and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with Credit, Legal & Operations for smooth loan processing
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
Eligibility:
Bachelor's Degree Mandetory
2–4 years of experience in Home Loan/LAP, Mortgage, Secured Lending Sales
Experience in Banking, NBFC or Housing Finance preferred
